We can accommodate 4 guests; we have a spacious groundfloor room with king-size bed and also an equally large upstairs twin room. Both rooms are en-suite and offer scenic views along with colour TV, wardrobe, dressing table and tea/coffee facilities. Choice of breakfasts served in our spacious dining area overlooking the garden and koi carp pool. Children welcome. Ample off road parking. Ideal for golf (several 18 hole courses within an easy drive), salmon/trout fishing (River Blackwater 20 mins drive), birdwatching (hen harriers breed locally) and touring. Mallow 20 miles, Killarney and the Ring of Kerry 28 miles. Ballybunnion with miles of safe, blue flag sandy beaches 36 miles. We are roughly an hour's drive from Cork/ Kerry and Shannon airports.
